If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Specialist within 30 days of delivery at 1.907.745.5842. Please be prepared to supply the order number and item number from your original confirmation or receipt, as well as your e-mail address and phone number. www.alaskasurvivalsupply.com will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. If you do not contact Customer Service, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
If there is extensive damage to the carton upon delivery, contact a Alaska Survival Supply immediately at 1.907.745.5842. Please have your order number available when you call.
Condition of Return Items Must Be As Follows:
*To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and including the original packaging and containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, all accessories, and security seal, shrink wrap for Books, Music, and Video products.
*Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner.
*We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition - we will return such items to you at your cost. If you reject shipment, we reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer.
We try to do the best job to help you with your selection. We cannot be responsible for shipping charges if you choose to return or exchange the item. All returns must be shipped prepaid and please include payment for re-shipping of exchanges. Closeout, Clearance Items and overstocks will not be accepted for return.
